During my first year at the Experiential Learning and Career Success Department at the University of Montana, I've significantly boosted engagement and design effectiveness. Notably, we have doubled our engagement rate, accompanied by an overall increase of 93% in reach and a 44% increase in follower count. These accomplishments underscore the successful strategies used to captivate our audience and expand our online presence.

My focus on innovative design has played a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication and deeper engagement with our stakeholders. Moving forward, ELCS aims to build upon these achievements to further enhance its impact on campus.
