During my tenure at the American Red Cross of Montana and Idaho, I witnessed firsthand the pivotal role nonprofits play in the fabric of our communities, particularly during times of crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Working closely with the organization during this tumultuous period underscored the immense but often underappreciated impact they have on the lives of individuals and communities they serve. It became evident to me that raising awareness about their essential work was crucial. Thus, I made it my mission to amplify the organization's voice and shed light on its invaluable contributions.

Through strategic digital marketing initiatives and outreach efforts, we achieved remarkable results, including an impressive 85% increase in engagement, a 46% surge in follower count, and a 12% expansion in our reach. These metrics not only signify the effectiveness of our efforts but also demonstrate the growing recognition and support garnered for the American Red Cross of Montana and Idaho.
